Annual Renewals on Domains and Hosting are $270.00 An invoice will be sent to you via email for renewal. 



Designer Website Ongoing Service / Maintenance Below: 


  • No one likes extra fees but sometimes it happens.

  • All content must be provided by you the client in word doc format or note pad.

  • Photo's need to be ready to go (editing will have more fees)

  • your website Includes 4 changes per month you should be changing content to keep your clients in the know in your ever changing business.


If a change takes more than 1 hour we'll have and hourly rate of $75.00 will be applied.

  • Note: All changes / updates will happen with normal business hours and with in a week.

  • Note All changes needing to be rushed will have a priority rate of $50.00 do to we would have to change our daily routine to accommodate you request.



Need social media?


We can set it up for you and link it on your designer website 4 U. 


  • Social Media standard setup fee  $100.00 up to 3 hours

  • MAINtaining your social media status is up to you unless we do it 4 U


Need an Email newsletter?


Keep in touch with you clients and update them with a great newsletter! Email Newsletters & event invitations


Standard set up fee Includes setting up your account and importing your client list (needs to be in excel)


Client supplies and content and photos to be included


  • Account Set up Fee $50.00

  • Each mail out $50.00



Need a custom form?
we can set up custom forms for you and import it on your designer website, links to forms to be shared anywhere with anyone. Many Options Available.


You will receive and email on each person that fills in your custom form and we can supply you with a data sheet of all information obtained from the online form.


  • Standard set up includes setting up your account and setting up one form.  $50.00


  • Additional forms will be $25.00 Not needed at this time
